An important update from blue ridge regarding covid-19
We want to reassure The Blue Ridge Community that our focus, dedication and commitment are unwavering with the increasing concerns regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus). We have the processes, practices and infrastructure in place to provide uninterrupted business and support operations.
We continue to monitor recommendations of the CDC and WHO as well as state and local authorities. Out of an abundance of caution, effective Monday, March 16th, all Blue Ridge employees will be working virtually for the time being, and we will continually assess this practice.
Additionally, the BLUEPRINT customer conference scheduled for April 26th to the 28th has been canceled and a full refund will be issued to all registrants and sponsors. We are currently evaluating other options for BLUEPRINT and will keep you updated.
We believe these measures will help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and keep our people safe and your business running. You can confidently expect the same high level of productivity and service from our team, during this time. Please continue utilizing our normal technical support operations.
